I have always found the ladies pleasent and very helpful. If you have to wait for a few weeks for framing etc it is because they are busy providing a professional service. I will be visiting them hopefully in the couple of days as I am just finishing an embroidery to be framed by the best.

Travelled quite a distance to visit these guys. Experience not great - told in unhelpful manner that 'hope you are not looking for anything quickly - it will take at least 5 weeks' and 'that will be expensive' also 'why is everyone looking to do this now!' Just not customer friendly. Also promised a call back with a quote that has never happened. All in all waste of time so would not return or recommend!!
