I was bluntly told that I couldn't browse and I could come back when I had decided what I wanted and would then be served. How to make your customers feel totally unwelcome and treat them as potential shoplifters. Take my advice and cross the road and walk 200 yards to Crown Needlework where you will receive a warm welcome.
